In the early morning hours of April 29 at 0245, Holroook was activated for an overturn northbound Nicolls Road at Church Street. While units were still enroute they were notified by Suffolk Police that there was an entrapment and aviation was notified and enroute. A complicated extrication was handled effortlessly with a cooperative effort between Police EMS and Rescue 7. The vehicle, with one occupant, after crossing the median had flipped and slid on it's roof for approximatly 400 feet then left the roadway and came to a stop in a wooded area. Patient was extricated after 25 minutes and airlifted to University Hospital in stable condition.
